Overview

A lovely family in Chelsea, London is seeking a full-time Nanny to provide dedicated care for their two children: a toddler and a school-aged child. The role involves morning support, including helping with breakfast preparation, getting the children dressed, and occasionally assisting the eldest with homework. They are looking for someone energetic, caring, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to support the family’s healthy lifestyle. The family travels frequently, and ideally the nanny would accompany them on trips. For example, they will be spending Christmas in Switzerland, so availability to travel from December 22 to 27 would be a strong advantage.

They are looking to hire in January 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children
  • Engaging the children in creative activities such as arts and crafts
  • Reading books and encouraging early literacy
  • Assisting with homework and supporting learning
  • Taking the children to parks, playgrounds, and outdoor activities
  • Organising sports and motor skills activities to promote development
  • Arranging special outings, including trips to museums and the zoo
  • Managing the children’s laundry and ensuring clothing is organised
  • Making the children’s beds and maintaining tidy bedrooms
  • Keeping the children’s rooms and bathrooms clean and organised
Qualifications & Details
  • A valid first aid qualification is a must.
  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian would be a significant bonus.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 9am and 2pm - 9pm (45 hours per week).
  • Travel with the family on trips when required.
