D365 F&O Solution Architect | Senior–Lead Level | Fully Remote (UK / EU) | £110k–£115k + 10% Bonus

Opportunity – New Practice Build

We’re supporting a brand-new Microsoft practice with serious backing and a pipeline full of warm clients across Europe. Off the back of a major CRM win and several ongoing F&O programmes, they’re now looking for a D365 F&O Solution Architect to help shape, lead, and set the direction of the practice from day one.

This is a senior–lead level architectural role with huge scope, influence, and visibility.

The Role

The main focus is D365 F&O architecture, defining solution designs, leading workshops, shaping standards, and driving end-to-end delivery across large-scale ERP programmes.

They also have some immediate needs on the CE / CRM side, so any exposure to Sales, Customer Service, or cross-stack architecture is a bonus (but not essential). The long-term programme, however, is firmly F&O-led.

What You’ll Do

• Own the F&O solution architecture across multiple programmes
• Lead discovery, design authority, and senior stakeholder workshops
• Define standards, patterns, and best practice within a new practice build
• Work cross-functionally with CE / CRM where required
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and client engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to warm clients across Europe

What They’re Looking For

• Strong D365 F&O Solution Architecture experience (essential)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
• Experience across Finance and / or Supply Chain
• Any CE / CRM exposure (Sales, Customer Service, integrations) is a plus
• Confident communicator who can lead workshops and influence stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys shaping, building, and setting direction in a new practice
