A leading creative agency is seeking a CX Researcher to join their Strategy and Experience team in London. This role involves running research studies across European markets to enhance customer experiences for a major brand. The position is a 1-year fixed term contract with potential extension and a start date in early January.
Job Description
We’re looking for a CX Researcher to join the Strategy and Experience team to work on an exciting research project helping one of the biggest brands deliver amazing experiences for its customers across European markets.
In this role you will independently run research studies across European markets, identify insights and turn them into action plans.
The role would suit someone who already has experience running moderated usability testing, feels confident planning and scoping user testing, and is also keen to explore other types of research such as user interviews, and surveys.
As with all Cheil roles this is a 1-year fixed term contract with a view to be extended. We are looking for someone to join us from early January.
