Role Involves

• Ensuring all customs clearance declarations are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Receive and prepare customs declarations documents.
• Update clearance status in a timely manner to customers.
• Customs clearance on air, sea and road consignments for both imports and exports.

Requirements

• Previous customs clearance experience, great advantage.
• Some knowledge of Freight or Supply Chain Logistics, beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Good working knowledge of IT systems including MS Word, Excel and Customs Declaration software.
• Exceptional customer services.
• Positive, reliable, attention to detail and willing to help.

• Work Location: Trafford Park M17.
• 4on and 4 off.
• Shift: 6pm-6am with 1 hour break.
• Salary band: £25,000-£28,000.
• Holidays =22+8.
