Pay: £24,500.00 to £27,000.00 per year

Contract Type: Permanent

About this job

We are seeking an experienced customs broker to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise customs software systems ASM Sequoia, NCTS, EMCS, IPAFFS, GVMS and all CSPs
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Raise jobs and invoices and manage document uploads for our client tracking portal
  • Take on any other operational tasks assigned by your line manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in GB customs clearance & transit declarations, alongside client relationship management.
  • Understand how to interpret commercial documentation
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients
  • Minimum 2 years experience in making customs declarations in the UK to HMRC in CDS.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team, and independently
