Overview

Customer Team Member | Location: 60-62 Neilston Road, Paisley, PA2 6NE

Pay: £12.60 per hour • Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues
  • Support your local community – get involved in activities and events
