Customer Team Member

Location: Fore Street , Looe, PL13 1AD

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and delivering a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
