Job description
Customer Team Member

Location: Canford Lane Westbury-On-Trym, Bristol, BS9 3DF

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part‑time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (7am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10.15pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business‑related needs.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates and temperatures are all as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
