Customer Team Leader- Co-op On The Go
Location: Co-op On The Go, 57 Clarence St, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 1RB
Pay: £15.24 per hour including London allowance
Contract: 16 or 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at our brand new Co-op On The Go on Clarence Street in Kingston. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative retail concept focusing on food-to-go and delivery services through our partners. It’s a fresh take on convenience retail, offering something distinctly different from our traditional Co-op food stores.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
