Role: -Customer Support & Sales Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: -Warwick- some flexibility with the occasional day from home once trained.

Type: -6 months initially with the chance to extend depending on workload

Pay Rate: -Entry level hourly rate

Russell Taylor Group are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to handle customer enquiries and quotations via email and phone. This role focuses on responding to quote requests, following up on open quotations, and supporting customers through straightforward administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate incoming customer enquiries
  • Prepare, follow up, and help convert customer quotations
  • Complete supplier and customer documentation as required
  • Accurately record all activities using a CRM system
Skills & Experience
  • Previous admin customer service experience required (quoting experience desirable)
  • Experience in this type of role in technical/manufacturing or engineering company would be preferred
  • Comfortable reviewing quotes, contracts, and customer documentation
  • Confident with basic calculations such as discounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a calm, professional approach
