Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of office based experience in a customer focused role.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customers daily.
  • Process orders and schedule deliveries.
  • Liaise with the Sales team.
  • Monitor orders and verify deliveries.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and updates.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Support the Sales team.
  • Perform ad hoc admin duties.

Responsibilities
  • Daily management of the assigned customers
  • Order processing and scheduling deliveries
  • Liaising with the Sales team
  • Monitor orders and verify deliveries
  • Build excellent relationship with the customers
  • Provide product knowledge
  • Update on orders and contracts
  • Providing customer support and ensure resolution for any queries or complaints
  • Providing support to the Sales team
  • Any ad hoc admin duties to support where necessary
Skills
  • 1 year of office based experience in a customer focused role
  • SAP user or Power Bi or advanced Excel user
  • Have strong MS office package skills
  • Excellent communicator
