We are excited to announce a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Architectural Coatings team based in Carrickfergus. As a Customer Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via multiple channels
  • Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing key support to sales representatives and other areas of the business
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotional activities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and solutions
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar role
  • IT Literate and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive customer facing approach
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
