A leading company is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the order-to-invoice process and coordinate logistical partners in the UK. This role includes order processing, logistics management, overseeing inventory control, and implementing process improvements. Candidates should possess relevant degrees and experience in supply chain or logistics, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and potentially other systems. The main purpose of this role is to manage the order-to-invoice process for the assigned markets and coordinate with approved logistics partners to ensure customer requirements are met. The Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Coordinator will process customer orders, work closely with UK warehouse (internal and freight forwarders, where necessary) providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, and oversee accurate invoicing while resolving customer claims.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
