Customer Success Manager – SaaS / HR & RecTech

(Hybrid, Manchester)

£40k–£45k base+ 20% commission + additional group benefits

We are recruiting for a high growth, product led series A SaaS company, who are on a mission to remove barriers in talent acquisition and connect people with opportunities on a global scale. The organisation has doubled revenues each year over the past 5 years and has customers from around the globe. They are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team, to manage the post sale customer lifecycle.

The role involves managing a large portfolio of customers, ensuring they see value quickly, adopt the platform effectively, and continue to expand their usage over time. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion, while keeping customer satisfaction and retention at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within the SaaS space.
  • Proven experience managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions.
  • Process driven with strong commercial acumen
  • Commutable to a Greater Manchester office 2 days a week
Bonus points
  • Experience in HR tech, RecTech, or workflow software.
  • Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
