Customer Success Manager (French or German speaking)
We are supporting our global client, seeking to hire two Customer Success Managers to join a growing team, supporting enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on building strong, trusted relationships with customers to drive adoption, value realisation and long-term success. Working across enterprise accounts, you'll support onboarding, guide customers through digital transformation and ensure they are getting maximum value from their solutions.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and specialists, solve challenges and help customers achieve their business goals.
