A leading self-storage software company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support EU markets. In this role, you'll onboard new operators, ensure their successful setup, and build lasting relationships. To support that growth, we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on EU markets—such as France, Spain, Germany, or Italy. You’ll help onboard and support operators across your markets, acting as a trusted guide to help them succeed with Stora.
We’re expanding across Europe, and success in new markets depends on great customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting operators outside the UK, helping them get set up, stay on track, and grow with us.
Onboard new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training
Support customers via email, chat, and video—especially where language or local context matters
Build long-term relationships with your assigned accounts
Monitor account health, usage, and risks
Help operators get more value from Stora, surfacing opportunities and promoting key features
Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions
Be the voice of the EU customer—sharing insights to improve our product and service
Fluent in English and at least one of: French, Spanish, German, or Italian
Organised, calm, and good with people
A great communicator—both written and verbal
Comfortable using and explaining software
Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or customer support is helpful but not required
