Our client is an incredibly successful law firm based in Wilmslow town centre. They are looking for a confident individual to join their award winning Flight Delay Team. They have won numerous awards and provide paid training in relevant Legal qualifications. So if you already have an interest in pursuing a Legal career this would be an advantage.

This role is interesting and fast moving. You will be responsible for handling numerous enquiries regarding flight delays and take all relevant details in a polite and professional manner, therefore strong Customer Service skills are required. Main duties will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Dealing with each call in a polite manner and taking all relevant details
  • Inputting details onto in house system accurately
  • Responding to emails on a daily basis
  • Assisting in reviewing and assessing claims and progressing further
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Working to deadlines

The ideal candidate for this role will have really strong Customer Service and good communication skills and of course be confident on the telephone. Good IT skills also required. The perfect experience would be a mix between customer service and administration and you will work in a friendly and supportive team. You will be given every opportunity to progress your career further. Holidays begin at 20 rising to 25. Immediate start available.
