Our Toxicology Business, part of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, is currently recruiting for a OH Customer Services Administrator. The role would be based in our Abingdon (Oxfordshire) office.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Occupational Health (OH) team within the Toxicology business unit.

RESPONIBILITIES
  • Clinic Coordination: Set up and manage clinic calendars in our Occupational Health Management System to enable smooth appointment scheduling.
  • Clinician Support: Maintain clinicians’ schedules, including managing annual leave and training time.
  • Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure clinics are fully resourced and run efficiently.
  • Documentation Management: Upload reports and certificates from third-party services, ensuring timely delivery to clients in line with KPIs.
  • System Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks within our Occupational Health Management System to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • General Admin Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support the wider team and business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Support with other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
EXPERIENCE | EDUCATION
  • Education to national standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience of working for a service provider in a related field is preferable.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
