To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to come and join our team at our Anstone site in Anston, S26 6NQ

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Manage the 3rd Party haulier at a local level
  • Provide information on delivery scheduling to customers and internal customer service teams
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Mentor and develop team members and provide an environment where they can excel with support and empowerment
  • Actively participate in the day-to-day Customer Service and Transport functions
  • Plan and set team goals
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven working experience as a Team Leader in a strong Customer Service environment
  • Experience in providing customer support
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Min 3 years customer service experience
  • Exposure to the construction industry desirable but not essential
