Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Shipley
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-16:00, plus 1 Saturday per month (9:00-13:00)
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-Perm

Our client, based in Shipley, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support their customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of customer service operations and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the customer service team, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Handle escalated queries and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner
  • Monitor service levels, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and team performance
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role
