A leading construction company in Reading is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer relations from initial contact to project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of relevant customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The position offers a competitive salary starting at £30,000, private healthcare, and a supportive work environment.
A varied customer facing role supporting our customers with their projects. You will take customers from first contact through to on-boarding, and will then support their project through the design, planning and delivery stages by acting as a liaison with the internal team, the customer, and third-party suppliers.

Experience 5+ years experience providing brilliant customer service and a demonstrable record of accomplishment in a similar role. Experience in our industry and of residential housebuilding, including planning and delivery of projects would be highly advantageous (training can / will be provided).
