Job description
Customer Service Representative – Life & Pensions - (Full Training Provided)

Location: Telford (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,400 per annum

Powered by: Bench Talent Cloud for Servaada (a Wipro company)

About the Opportunity

If you have a passion for supporting customers, solving problems with patience, and bringing clarity to people who rely on you, this opportunity will resonate.

We are assembling a dedicated customer service workforce for Servaada’s Life and Pensions operations in Telford. This includes immediate hiring for upcoming intakes and building a long‑term Talent Cloud of professionals who want stability, growth, and a clear development path in a regulated service environment.

You do not need Life and Pensions experience to apply. If you come from banking, telecom, utilities, retail contact centres, travel reservations, or any structured customer service environment, you will fit in well. Training is provided and your service approach matters more than where you come from.

What You Will Do
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and written channels
  • Support customers with queries related to life insurance and pension policies
  • Use systems such as ALPHA, OPUS or similar CRM platforms to log and update records
  • Deliver accurate information, maintain data integrity, and follow internal compliance guidelines
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve cases and improve the customer experience
  • Represent the brand with empathy, professionalism, and ownership in every conversation
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • Experience in a customer‑facing or contact centre role
  • Calm, patient, and confident when dealing with complex or sensitive queries
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Able to follow structured processes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working full‑time onsite in Telford
Valid right to work in the UK

Experience in Life and Pensions is a bonus, not a requirement. We actively welcome applicants from banking customer support, utilities, telecom, healthcare service desks, travel reservations, e‑commerce customer operations, and early‑career profiles with the right service mindset.

Why Join the Talent Cloud
  • Immediate Hiring Needs
    • Upcoming intakes for Servaada’s customer service teams with structured onboarding, predictable schedules, and clear expectations.
  • Long‑Term Talent Cloud Membership
    • You will also be added to the Bench Talent Cloud, which means:
    • Priority consideration for future intakes across Life and Pensions service operations
    • Faster evaluation because your profile is already assessed
    • Direct engagement from our talent team when new roles open
  • No repeated application cycles
    • A single profile that gives you access to opportunities across the wider delivery network
What You Can Expect
  • Competitive salary of £25,400 per annum
  • Full training in Life and Pensions processes
  • Supportive team culture
  • Clear performance expectations and structured development
  • Monday to Friday work pattern (8 am to 6 pm)
  • Stability and long‑term career visibility in a regulated industry
