You will be responsible for selling tickets, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving daily sales targets. Ideal candidates have a background in tourism and sales experience. Qualifications

  • Experience in tourism or sightseeing is preferred.

To provide exceptional service to our customers through the knowledge of our products, operations, partnerships and customer service delivery. To maximise company revenue through the appropriate selling of our products and those of our partners.

Overview of Duties & Responsibilities

- Actively approach, distribute brochures to passers-by and sell tickets to all interested parties.

- Accept and exchange all vouchers and pre-paid tickets for a valid tour ticket.

- Upsell Partner Attractions and other 3 party products.

- Achieve or exceed the daily sales target

- Provide accurate information regarding the products we offer and to keep up to date with any changes.

- Keep up to date with road closures, diversions and any events that may impact the service and communicate this to all customers or potential customers.

- Minimise revenue losses through careful processing of all monetary transactions.

- Ensure records of all sales, via various channels are maintained and accounted for

- Carry out revenue protection duties when required

- Report incidents, breakdowns and vehicles defects to the Operations Managers as soon as possible

- Always promote the core values of the BBT brand.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and local selling regulations.

- Ensure company assets and issued company property is kept safe and well maintained

- Completion of a detailed daily report at the end of your shift daily.

-Adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

- Sightseeing/Tourism experience is an advantage

- Sales & face to face customer service experience

Skills & Knowledge

- Excellent customer service skills that can exceed the expectations of a diverse range of customers and being able to identify individual needs to ensure they receive the best value for money from their purchases.

- Collaboration; working as part of wider team towards a shared goal.

- Can fluently communicate in English

- The ability to work proactively and competently without close supervision

- Target driven as you will be working towards achieving or exceeding daily sales targets.

- A sense of humour - this role is a lot of fun after all!
