The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers throughout their car rental journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with renting, returning, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

  • Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment will contribute to our goal of delivering outstanding customer service.
Main Duties
  • Identify and exceed customer requirements
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed daily
  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery and collection of rental vehicles to and from designated locations
  • Efficiently manage the rental process, including verifying customer information, processing payments and accurately completing rental agreements
  • Maintain a full understanding of retail rental procedures
  • Consistently comply with the Thrifty process
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of each product to maximize customer experience and identify incremental sales opportunities
  • Work within Service Level Agreements to ensure the branch meets all its KPI objectives
  • Undertake additional duties at the request of your line manager, which may include driving and cleaning vehicles, depending on company requirements.
