A leading banking institution in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and support to private banking customers. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £31,995 per year, structured training, and development opportunities. You will need excellent numerical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients. The position requires a flexible approach to work hours and tasks.
We're looking for someone who can put the customer at the heart of everything they do. This means you'll be going the extra mile, helping our customers meet their financial arrangements and goals and educating them in the different ways they can do their banking. You'll be their first point of contact, so it's vital that you deliver outstanding service, every time.
Salary: £31,995 per year (pro rata for part time hours worked). You'll join on a competitive salary of £31,995, and in addition you'll receive a contribution to help you save for retirement.
