This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers. You will also:

  • Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
  • Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
  • Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
  • Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
  • Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work
