B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Kingsditch Retail Park , Cheltenham! This is a full time, permanent position and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.

You will also:

  • Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
  • Act as a role model displaying exceptional service to our customers
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
  • Coach colleagues to develop the appropriate skills & knowledge
  • Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
  • Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!

It is essential that applicants have the following:
