Customer Service Lead (Commercial Catering / Hospitality)

Location: North London

Are you a customer service specialist with a maintenance background, looking to gain skills and hands-on experience in a range of different sectors including electrical, mechanical engineering, and plumbing?

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a range of maintenance projects across northwest London.
• Be customer facing and represent the company.
• Perform repairs, electrical maintenance, material fittings, and plumbing, and more across small and large sites within the company.
• Occasionally be on standby (phone access) for site malfunctions, typically once a month.
• Support the main aim of creating an efficient working environment for employees and convenience for a diverse range of food businesses.
