A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6-month contract based in Brighton. The role includes handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat while providing clear product information. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. The position will transition to hybrid working after training, allowing flexibility of up to three days from home. There is potential for the role to become permanent, starting 12th January.
Location: Brighton (Hybrid after training)
Start Date: 12th January
Salary: £24,800 per annum pro rata
Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
