Overview

Manpower UK are supporting our reputable client in identifying a Customer Experience Advisor for their Cumbernauld office. You would be working within a successful team who are friendly and supportive to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders using Excel and in-house systems; confident using IT systems and accurate in inputting.
• Speak to customers throughout the day providing product information and upselling other products.
• Calling lapsed clients to enhance sales within the team to ensure the business achieves its KPIs.

Hours

Hours are Monday to Friday - Rotas 8:00am to 4:30pm / 8:30am to 5:00pm

Experience / Qualifications

• Customer Service background
• Good Administrative experience
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word
• Good communication skills
• Proactive in securing the sale
