A leading services organisation in Malvern is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Data Analyst. The role involves ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and correcting transactional inaccuracies. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales and business administration, along with strong IT and communication skills. The contract is fixed-term for 3 months with a pay rate of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP modules (S4H, WM, SD, MM, R3) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy in all customer and transactional data.

Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Data Analyst
Function/Sector: Services
Location: Malvern, UK
Contract: Fixed Term - 3 months (with potential extension)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Role Purpose

A leading services organisation based in Malvern is seeking a confident, detail-oriented, and analytical Customer Service Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and rectifying transactional inaccuracies within customer consignments. This position will focus on ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems, including S4H, SAP R3, Salesforce, and SAP Analytical Cloud, ensuring databases remain reliable and optimised for analysis, reporting, and operational use.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Back Office Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy in all customer and transactional data.
  • Identify, correct, and remove inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, or irrelevant data.
  • Maintain accurate financial and consignment data.
  • Arrange and lead regular update meetings with the Service Director and CFO.
  • Take accountability for the accuracy of adjustments made.
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting to colleagues and management.

Entry Qualifications

  • Business administration experience
  • Stock management experience
  • Exposure to SAP modules (S4H, WM, SD, MM, R3)
