Customer service coordinator

Location: Swindon SN2

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE | Mon-Fri 08:00- 17:00 | Permanent position

Swindon Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the SN2 area of Swindon for a confident Customer Service Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role as the key point of contact, confidently managing a high volume of customer interactions and taking full responsibility for delivering exceptional service every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner

  • Updating customers on the progress of their claims and vehicle repairs

  • Managing online insurance portals to keep claim information current

  • Processing invoices and tracking policy excess payments

  • Coordinating courtesy car arrangements

  • Liaising with insurers regarding accident claims

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across all systems

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within automotive, insurance, or a similar fast-paced environment

  • Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills

  • Confident managing multiple systems and online portals
