  • Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets, following customer Service Level Agreements
  • Welcome walk-in customers and provide helpful, friendly service every time
  • Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information
  • Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales, profit, and service targets
  • Log and assign customer call-outs to Technicians using their tablets
  • Order consumables in line with policies and health & safety standards
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, delivering a high level of customer service
