A leading financial services provider is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Leeds. You will handle customer inquiries, process payments, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are working with Lloyds Banking Group, seeking a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Leeds.

Pay : £14.02p / hr

Contract Type : Temporary

Contract Length : 3 months

Start Date : 21st January 2026

Working Pattern : Full Time, 35 hours per week

Shifts : Monday to Friday (8 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM) - every other Saturday with a weekday off

Location : Leeds City Centre - office based
