Fork lift hire and sales are a south Yorkshire based in Barnsley specialising in the supply repair and maintenance of all materials handling equipment nationwide. We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our office team.

Responsibilities
  • Scan and file documents accurately to maintain organised service records
  • Support with job sheet preparation and write-ups
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally, recording key service details such as:
    • Customer name
    • Site address
    • Opening hours
    • Site restrictions
    • Machine details (, model, serial number)
  • Manage and respond to emails under guidance and supervision
  • Assist with parts deliveries, sorting items by engineer or site
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Basic IT skills advantageous

The role is Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 1 hour unpaid lunch.
