Overview

Customer Service & Sales Advisor. Fixed-Term Contract - 6 Months - Possible extension. Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Salary: £25,396.80 per annum.

What you’ll do

• Manage customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional response.
• Accurately process orders using Salesforce and Sage.
• Handle queries on pricing, stock availability, deliveries, and returns.
• Proactively resolve issues to maintain a consistent, high-quality service.
• Work closely with colleagues to support team and business objectives.

What we’re looking for

• A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Highly motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus).
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operations is desirable.

Working hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch).

Contract terms

• 6-month fixed term
• Probationary period: 6 months
• Notice period: 4 weeks (outside of probation)
