Job summary

A customer service recruitment agency is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Agent for a 12-month FTC in Easter Howgate, Scotland. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across different channels including telephone and email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be organized in providing support to business customers. This role offers a hybrid working model with a 50/50 split and operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 3:30pm.

Blue Arrow Edinburgh are recruiting for a Full Time Customer Service Agent (B2B).

Please note that this is a 12 month FTC.

Shifts are Monday to Friday - 8am-3.30pm (8-4pm on Thursdays).

Hybrid working, 50 / 50 split.
