Job description

Our client is an award winning company that offers a variety of insurance products mainly to the automotive industry.

Based in bright, open plan offices in Harlow, you will be joining an established and happy team!

We are looking for customer service professionals with great personalities to join the Claims Team in a variety of roles – both customer focused and some administration duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims from policyholders, taking them through the whole claims process, ensuring that they understand the procedure, and what will happen next.

Other duties will include:
  • Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of products
  • Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and online
  • Maintain company service levels
  • Provide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely information
  • Provide professional and friendly service
  • Produce reports / spreadsheets on claims issues / queries on request
The Ideal Person:
  • Excellent customer service experience gained within an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills especially over the phone
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressureGood IT skills
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
  • One in every three Saturday mornings 9am – 12.30pm
