A leading recruitment agency is seeking customer service professionals to join the Claims Team in Harlow. The role involves processing claims, providing advice, and maintaining service levels. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Hours are Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings required. This position offers a supportive work environment in a team-focused setting.

We are looking for customer service professionals with great personalities to join the Claims Team in a variety of roles – both customer focused and some administration duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims from policyholders, taking them through the whole claims process, ensuring that they understand the procedure, and what will happen next.
