Role details
  • Location: London Stratford [which is a road side operation]
  • Schedule: 4 Days working, 2 Days off
  • Shifts: 01:50 am - 10:20 am; 09:50 am - 18:20 pm; 10:50 am until 07:20 pm
  • Interview Date: Friday 12th December 2025
What you’ll do
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive and proactive approach
  • Providing information about services, updates, and disruptions clearly and accurately
  • Using ticketing and operational systems confidently and responsibly
  • Supporting and encouraging team members, and helping with training when needed
  • Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
What you’ll need
  • Confident English language communication skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, front-line customer service role
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing
  • The ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Good stamina and overall fitness – this role can involve standing or sitting for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
