Job summary

DPD is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6-month fixed term contract in the UK. You will assist both internal and external customers regarding parcel collection and delivery, working closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify and resolve issues.

Key duties include handling delivery status queries, providing Proof of Delivery, investigating missing parcels, and resolving delivery disputes while maintaining a professional and proactive customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with confident telephone manner.
• Polite, professional, and able to exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent administration skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Self-motivated with initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with delivery or collection of parcels.
• Work with drivers and managers to identify issues and resolve them.
• Answer queries on delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
