Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support customers with parcel delivery and collection. You will provide status updates, proofs of delivery, and collaborate with drivers and operations managers to resolve issues.

The role is in a fast-paced environment with regular hours Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a great chance to contribute to the UK’s sustainable delivery leader.

• Proven experience in fast-paced customer service.
• Strong communication with confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with delivery status queries and provide POD.
• Carry out thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership to resolve them.
