DPD Group UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will handle customer inquiries about deliveries, supply PODs, and work with drivers and operations managers to resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.

You will need excellent communication, a confident telephone manner, and a professional approach to exceed customer expectations. The role includes standard office administration using MS Office and adherence to DPD values.

• Proven experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times; willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Excellent administration skills; proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
• High levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Answer queries related to delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
