DPD Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month fixed term contract to support parcel collections and deliveries. You will answer customer queries, supply Proof of Delivery (POD), and investigate missing parcels with accountability and focus on resolution.

You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, resolve disputes, and maintain high service standards. Strong MS Office skills and prior fast-paced CS experience are essential.
