Where: Darlington

Full time: Permanent

Salary: £25,087 rising to £25,684 at 9 months in role, plus the ability to earn commission

Hourly rate: £12.82 per hour rising to £13.12 per hour at 9 months in role

Shifts: The department is open from 08:00am until 06:00pm so no late evening shifts and only one weekend in three!

If so, you have the transferable skills to succeed in a Payment Support role with EE.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide customers during difficult times in the Payment Support team in Darlington, including helping with billing queries and assisting those who have fallen behind on their payments.
• Provide a brilliant, personal service on every interaction, building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction with the training you will receive.
• Collaborate with colleagues and adapt to flexible working patterns to help customers, including occasional home working as offered.
