As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient while keeping the office running smoothly.
You’ll provide a mix of administrative and customer support, handling enquiries, processing paperwork, ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date and assisting with sales when required.
Working closely with colleagues, you’ll also play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring processes are accurate and efficient.
