Job summary

A growing packaging company based in Eastleigh is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer expectations, and providing administrative support. Customer Service Advisor

Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a privately owned company – the fastest growing Polythene Packaging manufacturer – to recruit into their customer service department. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, administration, order processing and assisting the Directors with day‑to‑day business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Answer telephone enquiries
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records
  • Manage customer stocks
  • Provide cover during annual leave or illness across other departments
Traits & Skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations
  • Strong IT capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
