A market leader in distribution is seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their frontline team. You'll be the first point of contact for external customers, handling shipping requests through various communication channels. This role requires working from the office for 2 weeks out of 4 and full-time training. Excellent customer service experience and communication skills are necessary for this position that offers flexibility between 30-40 hours per week.

We need experienced Customer Service Agents to become integral members of the Frontline Customer Service Team. My client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their incredible team to be the first point of contact for external customers handling shipping requests providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide via Phone, Email, Twitter, Facebook, Web-Chat etc.
Requirement to work from the Office 2 weeks out of 4, working from home for the other 2 weeks. Operational Hours 07:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday - 8hr shift within these times on a 4 weekly rotational basis. Flexibility between 30-40 hours per week. Will have to commit to 2 weeks Full Time training in Office.
