Overview

Pure Offices in Warrington provides office accommodation and meeting room facilities to a number of businesses. We are looking for a Centre Assistant to work as part of the team at this thriving business centre. We require someone with a positive, friendly, can do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills as the position is client facing.

Responsibilities
  • Work on reception, welcoming clients and visitors to the centre
  • Deal with meeting room bookings and general administration
  • Ensure the centre is presentable, safe and a pleasant environment to work in
  • Be the first point of contact; maintain a friendly, helpful manner with a smart appearance and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate organisation, methodical approach, good attention to detail, and the ability to deal calmly with problems and use initiative
  • Be part of a small on-site team and contribute to delivering first class customer service
  • Take on new tasks as they arise and adapt to what is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the centre
  • Support the Centre team; the role is varied and no day will be the same
Requirements
  • Positive, friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Client-facing reception experience preferred
  • Organised, methodical and detail-oriented with the ability to work on own initiative
