As a Customer Service Administrator based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting our valued customers by processing orders over the phone, email and online customer portals
  • Liaising with other teams and our internal branch network to check stock and delivery timelines
  • Answering general queries
  • Building a great rapport with internal and external stakeholders

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 at home) working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday morning on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
