The ideal candidate will provide customer support via phone and email, process enrolments, and maintain student records. Salary Range: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30

Simply Academy, one of the UK's leading providers of financial education, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Student Services Adviser to join our friendly team at our Bishop's Stortford headquarters.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting learners, working in a busy administrative environment, and delivering excellent service. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping students succeed throughout their learning journey.

About the role:
  • Provide first-line support to students via phone and email, responding to queries promptly and professionally
  • Process course enrolments and maintain accurate student records
  • Assist with course bookings, certificates, and learning platform access
  • Liaise with trainers and internal departments to ensure a smooth learner experience
  • Support administrative processes across the student lifecycle
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving service quality standards
About you:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (education or training sector experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive approach to work
  • A genuine interest in supporting learners and delivering a positive student experience
